Free Pickup - Pierre Berton Resource Library

Meet-ups are available at the local library lobby between 5pm-8pm on a mutually agreed day.

After we receive your order, we will contact you to arrange a time and day that works best for both.

Shipping to the Internanional – Duties & Taxes (DDU)

All orders shipped from Canada are sent using Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU).
This means that the recipient is responsible for any applicable duties, tariffs, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. -
These charges are determined by Customs and Border Protection and vary depending on the destination and package contents.

We do not have control over these fees, and they are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

Contact us at senderodecor@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label.

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
If the claim is approved, we will issue a refund, replacement (subject to ability) , or store credit.
For lost packages:

Incorrect Shipping Address
