Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. 

  • Local pickup is available in the  GTA (Greater Toronto Area).

  • Shipping times may vary.

  •  Sendero Decor is not responsible for shipping delays after dispatch.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:​

  • Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Carriers

  • We ship via Chit Chats and its partner carriers, including Canada Post, USPS, and international shipping providers.

Free Pickup - Pierre Berton Resource Library

  • Meet-ups are available at the local library lobby between 5pm-8pm on a mutually agreed day. 

  • After we receive your order, we will contact you to arrange a time and day that works best for both. 

  • Please bring your order confirmation and ID for pickup.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order's progress.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping

  • We currently offer flat rate shipping for Canada only.

  • For international orders, please email us at senderodecor@gmail.com to inquire about shipping rates.
    We're happy to assist with pricing and provide further details about your order's shipping options

Shipping to the Internanional – Duties & Taxes (DDU)

  • All orders shipped from Canada are sent using Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU).
    This means that the recipient is responsible for any applicable duties, tariffs, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery.

  • These charges are determined by Customs and Border Protection and vary depending on the destination and package contents.

  • We do not have control over these fees, and they are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge that you may be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.

  • We recommend checking with local customs authorities for more details on potential fees before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at senderodecor@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label.

  • We will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

       If the claim is approved, we will issue a refund, replacement (subject to ability) , or store credit.

For lost packages:

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbours or your local post office.

  • If your package is missing, contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
